Hooked on Fishing clarification

I already posted in technical support, but realized I probably should have just posted here, first.
The FAQs state that the deluxe lures give nothing lower than a blowfish when you hit the target, and that parrotfish are the lowest in the middle section, but several of us have gotten parrotfish for the highest and lobster for the next level. In my case, the one giving me parrots was well within the first (inner) section, the second was close to the boundary, though it did seem to be in the inner section. (even so, it should not have given lobster).

My question is are the FAQs correct? If not, then close the tech support thread. If so, then please keep it open as it seems I do have a tech support issue.

Just to clarify, below picture used in the FAQ is the same as in the in-game help layer. So if it is not correct, the live game is also not correct. So giving us the wrong items is not an FAQ error at this time.

 

Are you a new mod? You did not say otherwise, but I don't recognize your name.

Either way, my point is that the results we are getting do not seem to match the above. My question is whether the information in the picture (wherever it is placed) is wrong or correct. If it is correct, then this is indeed a tech issue, but I realized I should have asked here first.

 

No I am no mod. But as I and others also get wrong results and the used picture is directly from the game the game is giving us incorrect results/information. FAQ's are for helping us out but you always need to look at the game itself as a guideline.
As said, the picture with chances is used in the game itself aswell and thus we can conclude that it is a technical issue/programming error that the developers need to adress.
