    You can't buy the Horror Tomato stable in Jack's shop, and I don't think it's available as a prize from the FSQ's. I think the only way to get it is in a Gift and Trade Event.

    Rivak is right,

    The Horror Tomato stable was introduced in a Moonlignt Mania Event, as a prize in some MM events and can now be otained through the Trand & Gift Event. I'm not sure, but it might have been offered trough the Pick-A-Stable event at some point.
