    Hello BonbonQueen :)

    You will need to upgrade the base giver you won twice with the upgrades you purchase in the event shop with star coins. Each upgrade costs 100 star coins. Once you have bought the upgrades from the event store, place the Horticultural Robotics on a field and upgrade it twice. Then you can place it on the cloud row.
