Hostile Takeover Question

Hello, I'm not playing this event. Given that, will any of my products still be stolen? I read that the event will still affect your farm even if you don't play. Is this true? I'm not far enough along in the game to be having my mill feed stolen. I can't easily replace it. Also, I don't see the box to turn the weasels off.

No products or feeds will be stolen from your farm. Gree. D. Weasel will 'collect rent' when you access the Mill, Barn, Supply Tower and Breeding Motel on your Main lands.

The spawning weasels can be turned off in the Police Box on your Main playfield by unchecking the check mark.

Thanks @Intrepideur I didn't see the police box hiding behind some of my trees at first. Is that negative diamond count the "rent" owed? Is there a way to get rid of that diamond bar on my farm since I'm not taking part in the event? Thanks again for your help.

That's correct the negative diamond count is the 'rent' owing. The diamond bar cannot be removed individually. You can remove the entire top navigation bar by clicking on the arrow at the top of your farm frame.
