How can I have -33 golden bananas?

    I'm a little confused. My golden banana count was -38, how is that even possible? Then I levelled up to see what would happen and I gained 5 bananas and am now at -33 golden bananas. I don't remember how many, if any, I should have but there ought to be at least 5 now.

    I read in the announcement forum that there had been some trouble with golden bananas in an earlier event, but this farm didn't participate in the top 1000, in fact it didn't partake at all in the event IIRC.

    Hello Janarella,

    Several players got booked many Golden Bananas when they ran the script for the Top 1000 players, even if they did not compete. If you spent the Golden Bananas before the script was run to remove them, you will have a negative balance until you level up/win that amount of bananas to put you back in a positive balance.

    Ok, but now my golden banana count is back to -38. What happened to the 5 bananas I got earlier today?

    But I HAD -33, I checked twice before posting this thread (hence the title). And I got to -33 FROM -38 at about the same time your list says I got from -43 to -38. Either your log is wrong or I've gone insane. I can't prove I'm not insane since I didn't take a screenshot but I know it was -33 since I looked at the number -38, went "ok let's see what happens when I level up", did level up, gained 5 bananas, was at -33, then came here to post.

    Ugh. How frustrating. Nevermind. Have a good night.

    Hello Janarella, :(

    If you have leveled up twice in the same day, the log is wrong and we need to report it to the Team to be looked into further, so please let us know. However, if you have leveled up only once, the logs are correct, and you went to -38 only :( and a glitch might have occurred into the game. We will be looking into this matter to see if the level ups are generating any glitch if the amount is negative.
