How can I play through the website?

    I currently play through Bigfish Games and would prefer to be able to play through the website as there seems to be more working functions. When I try to login using my login name and password, it says I don't exist. But when I try to create an account with my login name and password, it says I already exist. I have no trouble accessing the forum with my own name though.

    As you registered through Bigfish, you will only be able to login through them. The only way to play direct through Bigpoint is to start a new farm.

    I was afraid you'd say that. I just reached level 21, so not real keen on starting over. Thanks for responding though.
