how long does it take for my account to be checked

    there has been some glitches in my account and i have given my ID, but i am wondering how long it will take to be checked and if i have to be off line for that to happen.

    You do not need to be offline to have your logs or account checked, the techs / devs can do it without interrupting your activities.
