How many does it take?

    Ok Ive been trying to figure this out and I cant come up with it. Does anyone know how many regular animals that it takes to get to the top animal? (for example: How many regular donkeys does it take to get one golden donkey?) Any help would be appreciated.

    Please forgive me if I'm speaking out of turn as I'm not a mod, but I believe it's about 16,000???!!!

    I think to work it out you do the following calculation: 1*4*4*4*4*4*4*4 =16,384

    Hi kmmesser

    If you were to breed outside Baby Boom, were unlucky enough to have no skips or twins then the maximum number needed is 4 to the power 8, which is 65,536.
    In reality with skips and twins it will be considerably less than that.
