How often is the Farm Wheel available to use?

    I'm at level 30 and have only used the Farm Wheel twice. How often is it available to me? Is it just available at certain levels? If so, which ones?

    Is there a FAQ page for it?

    The farmwheel is available to you. You don't have to be a certain level. There are two types of spins: Normal and Party. There are various ways to get them in the game (quests, events, Fuzzles, etc).
