how to pm someone with a question

    you go to village to post office. than put name of person you want to contact in outgoing message and send message.but must watch out that name is corect

    I don't think you can contact a moderator directly through the Post Office. I could be wrong as I have never tried.

    I tried via post office once, but name is not recognised. If you report a post, (and I don't see why you can't report your own) it then pops up a window which you can type a message in as your reason for reporting .... this then go's to the mods. I would suggest you try that .... hope it helps :)

    Post an inquiry here in a new thread and a mod will respond. If you have a technical problem you can submit a ticket to support. The Mods are generally players voluntarily helping as needed and will be anonymous so you can not pm them directly. Their pm name is different than their game name to maintain anonymity.

    Moderator farms are inactive (for testing only) so cannot be use to contact them, even if you knew the farm name.
    To ask a question, use the Help section.
    If it is something not to be shown in public, use the "report" button or write to support
