How to remove credit card details from game?

    Hi,
    My bank, American Express, queried some charged made by Big Point Hamburg to my credit card last year. They wrote to me saying that after a 3 month investigation Big Point failed to respond to their enquiries. I have been advised to remove my payment details from the website for security reasons. Can you please direct me to instructions to do this? My credit card details automatically show in the payment page and I have not been able to remove them so far. Thank you.

    In the Bank, there is a Status and Cancellation button that will list your saved payment details. You can delete your information there.
