How/Where to get "Protest Pig" stall ?

    I have that CR, which gives +1 when you collect that stable, but I couldn't find a point in the City Workshop to make that stable, I don't have it in stock and a search on the forum only produces the event where I got that cloud row.

    So is that the Animal enclosure, which I received ONLY as a reward for a certain event and I have not done such an event myself at all?

    Protest Pig was introduced when BP added high level quests. You can purchase the stable in the shop for CC.
