    Hi,
    I am thinking it most likely a 3rd party thing, but why do I not see a offer for this when buying BB, since the only way I can get BB is to buy, Howie Donuts would be a really nice perk.

    100keltic, Howie Donuts are already a perk when you buy BB. You just can't buy them directly - you have a small chance (5%, I think) of getting one when buying a pack of over 300 BBs. I was lucky enough to get one but they're really rare.
