Thanks Nordais for doing the sums. :)
I'm in, will go all out to get the crops sorted then go to longer crops to get the drops - all in theory of course! :music:
    Good luck all! ;)

basically the thing to remember is that we need farming space to complete this event.

I for example still have to unlock the mushroom forrest 2,3,4 & 5 As such I have half the farming space I could have for this event.

For people like me it would require 6x full harvests per day with CAC boost on just one field.

Or 3 harvests per day on 2 fields. 3 Harvests per day is doable. 6 is not really doable.

That's the math you need going into this event.

I'm only going to do this event on this farm and sewinglady's. As mellowmalt mentions, my baby farms do not have the mushroom forest completely opened, so they will not participate and dumbunny's farm is fallow at the moment.

There's a lot going on this time out with MM. New crops, the event, new "animal". Anyone else get it that we have to feed the chupacabra a goat? Funny, not funny?

I agree, PM23. I never did like making Anaconda feed with Chickens and Rabbits, I know it is only virtual but even so. :wuerg:

Haha. I was never offended by that aspect. But the cost of chickens and rabbits, that offended me.

What I wonder on the other hand is when we make a pillow in the workshop with 2 ducks. The ducks vanish forever, only 2 terrified duck manure left and 1 suspicious pillow labelled "feathers only" comes out.

The ducks dissapear in the same way they do making anaconda feed but it's the wondering what goes on in these workshops and whether the right health and safety protocols are followed on my farm, I just don't know if my farm is following the latest environmentally conscious farming practices or not.

I can honestly say I have never made Anaconda feed but I've been playing for a long time and have cloud rows and pets that give crates of feed so I've always relied on them for my snakes. I'm not even really happy about feeding my Glowworms to my Spiders (but I do :(). I haven't yet decided what I'm going to do about the Chupacabra, I'm not happy about the goat. As for feeding my workshops I prefer to think the animals donated go to a lovely retirement sanctuary where they live out their days happily in the sun with full bellies (please, no one burst my tiny bubble :p).

But I am in for the event, I really want that cloud row even if it is a 300hr harvest. I have both playfields open and will probably use a bit of SG, SSG and maybe a 100% plant revenue to finish quicker so I can work on the new Moonlight crop.

Thanks Nordais for doing all the sums for us, you always do a great job :inlove:

    Good luck everyone.

Thanks Northy for the great thread, and as always you are soooo helpful to us all! I will do this event and I don't have a problem feeding "make believe critters" to other Make believe critters...better than starving them :music: I have both lands fully open and will clear them as I want to attempt to do and feed all 69 Aubreygines. Good luck to all and I hope we all reach our goals!:p

I don´t remember - if Jack O Gift EFFECTS or NOT to Event Plants on MoonlightMania/FullMoon -fields ?!

Have to use or is it useless to this event?

edit: VERY Late Start - By our standards and game activity, over 7 hours "late", we still think we'll make it, including this Full Moon Night section, that´s why asking JoG above!!

edit2: Whaaatt? No Howie to MM - auts !

Yes - Jack o' Gifts affect event crops on MM fields!

And DO THIS EVENT! Even if you just donate a few containers of popcorn! OMG! Sewinglady's farm just received a Super Jumbo Tree from Aubrey! And you might win a Turbo Jumbo Tree! This farm has been craving one of those for a very long time!

I didn't even look at the list of prizes you could get for feeding Aubrey yesterday when the FAQ was published. Silly me!

Petting the very nice and generous man-eating plant...hoping for a turbo tree...nice man-eating plant...

A Big congratulations on sewingladys great luck! I :inlove::inlove::inlove: those big trees. I had not checked what gifts the Hungry man-eating plant would be giving either...I just looked pretty nice prizes!. Good luck everyone I got a 200% on party wheel so I am getting crops very fastxD Then I will put longer crops I need on 2 fields to get drops. Right now it seems drops are just barely keeping up with my harvests but no worries this is still only day 1 and I have half the drops already!;)

I want to give it a try. Is there anyone who can spare a Carrot-Apple-Chutny or a Pinkie Pie (or whatever it's new name is)?
It would help a lot. Thank you in advance!

Indeed, it is very sad that the jumbo trees, magic trees and BB trees cannot be gifted. I have now fallow (unplayed) farms that were offered a package of trees including jumbos and a BB tree when they were just starting out. I purchased the package for those farms in the hopes of gifting them during a subsequent G&T to the farms that I do play on a regular basis. Alas, I was denied. Things we learn the hard way.

Okay, I have not gotten another jumbo tree, but the pinkie pies are very nice and much appreciated as are the crates of buffs. So, onward and upward!

And, I put in longer crops last night. And I got up in the night and harvested those crops and put more in. Didn't really help all that much with the drops. If there's a persistent issue with MM field events, it's the drop rate (because we cannot use Howies there!).
