Can someone please tell me what and where the scrap metal comes to play in this event?​

Knife Blade

You will get these drops when harvesting your 3 main lands and 3 tropical lands from everything you harvest - trees, crops, stables, workshops.
can also be produced in both main land and tropical mills:​

Ingredients: 5 x Scrap metal
Time: 40 seconds​

• There will be a special Mill product, that can be milled in both main land and tropical Mills:​

Jackknife​

Ingredients: 100 x Giant Bamboo, 10 x Knife Blades
Time: 2 minutes​

The knife blade is the drop item that you will gather when you harvest your entire farm. There is also an option if you want to craft them in the mill with scrap metal. It is not necessary to make them in the mill, but you do have that option if you are low on drops or just want to hurry things along.

Yes please.. sorry but I am still not getting where the scrap metal comes from... Is it a drop? I don't see it in the FAQ.

Scrap metal is also an item that drops from harvesting. It is a tool used to build cookware forges and you can find it in the barn under "Other." It is optional to use it to make knife blades.
