I can not load the game at all

I have no idea what happened the items were back on baha for 1 min then the game went blank, and when I went to reload it would not load at all. My husband is having the same issue. It took well over an hour jut to get it loaded enough to sign in here. It says 100%.
I have no idea what is going on. I deleted thee browser and then tried it on sever other browsers it the same issue on all of them.
This is for both of our accounts mine and my husband's.

I added his info to this thread because it took so long to get this far. We have been working on this for 2 hours now. It just will not load the game past 100% no matter how long you wait.

Can you uninstall your flash player, then download the latest Flash player from adobe. Make sure then that the Pepper Flash is disabled if using chrome. Did this solve your issues?

That is what caused the issue an d now I can not load the game at all. I then uninstalled the flash player I downloaded and turned the pepperflash back on and still nothing
Then I deleted chrome and re-installed it and still nothing. Idk what to do. Everything else loads just fine. The only issue is loading the farm here.

I had to reboot my whole system to factory settings. Idk what happened. I was doing the troubleshooting suggestions and it caused a massive amount of issues on the computer. It just did not work for me at all. Idk what caused it but I know it started when I followed directions here for help with an issue. I disabled the pepperflash and installed adobe flash player and that caused the whole system to not load anything on the google chrome at all. When I tried to go back to how it was before it would not do it.
I then deleted the browser and re-installed it and still nothing. I then downloaded 3 other browsers and still nothing. None of them would work right or load anything game wise that needed a flash player.
The adobe flash player messed the whole computer up.

 

Hi SaphiraJFire, I am not a mod, but I experienced similar issues last year when I got a new Sony Laptop running on Windows V8. It was all a complete disaster. After several weeks of struggling with it and going through just about all the frustrating steps you have I called someone in to resolve all the problems for me and even he could not fix it quickly. It turned out that the preloaded stuff was corrupt. He did manage to sort it out in the end and put windows 8.1 on for me. The company that I brought the computer from were very good, accepted responsibility and paid his bill for the fix and even offered to replace the laptop if I wanted. If you are using a new computer you may have the same sort of problem. I hope this helps.

Is Flash installed correctly on your device at the moment ? Are you able to load other Flash based games / applications?

Yes the original pepper flash from google chrome works best for my system. The adobe caused a ton of issues.
Edit: The adobe would not load any flash based ga mes for me, but they all work just fine now with the pepper flash. This was the only one I had issue with at the beginning of this.
