I cannot find my "Horseshoe game" item

Greetings!
I would like some help locating my Horseshoe game item. Can you offer some information about this?
I'd like to know if I ever managed to obtain it in the first place (I missed some log in days in august and after that) or if it is misplaced on some other cloud row. They are far too many to scan manually.

Actually, yes, but I think it's a technical issue once again.
I don't know why, but during the last weeks, I am not able to stay logged-in when accessing the forum. I open it through the game, and once I start surfing the forum, I am logged-off automatically when accessing a new page. Also, sometimes I am not logged-in at all when starting the forum page.
I did not get a reply back from support. It makes posting very difficult, as I have to restart the forum and refresh a couple of times.

 

Is your Game opened and running when accessing the forum? Only other thing I can suggest is clearing your caches and try another browser to see if the problem persists.
