I cannot get into the game

    Hi. I cannot enter the game on my downloaded version of the game. I can only enter through the internet version 9the font is way too small here so I don't like playing this way.)

    When I try to log into the download version after I enter all my password stuff. The rotating flowers start and then everything disappears after a few seconds. I've tried 4 or 5 times - cleared cache - still no luck. Please help. Thanks :)

    I have cleared your server cache to see if that helps. You can also try to uninstall and then reinstall the client.
