I cannot get to the comic event!

I click on the market place, and it does not take me to the comic event, I am currently working on level one, and had 13 more hours left, but now I can't get to the timer or event, and don't want to harvest, and lose all the credit for my ep. Please help, I signed in and out multiple times, and cleared my cache. I will be highly upset, if I don't get credit, because I used buffers and know I have enough unharvested ep to finish the full amount.

Thank you, would you know if by chance, if they cannot get the glitch fixed before my time runs out, if I could get the time back that was left before the problem, so I can finish the level?

 

You are most welcome. Is your timer about to run out? The Team is already working on syncing the fix so it should not take too long, as announced here. Either way, if you are not able to finish it due to this event downtime, you can contact our Customer Care Team and they will fix this matter for you.

We're still waiting for this to be fixed, but I hope it will be sorted before your timer runs out. We are really sorry that it is taking longer than expected.
