I cannot play the game anymore!

I have been trying to play the game for the last week now and I can't get any further than it loading 32%. I have tried everything like, removing cache, cookies and anything I have been told to do, I have changed my browser several times and I have done a system restore. I am not the only one to have this trouble. I am at level 83 and enjoy the game, so please help!!

Hello Livvii,

I have loaded your account without any problems.

Please reset your modem.

Then, please make sure you clear your Flash cache again - this is different than the browser cache, and it is explained in this thread.

After this, uninstall your Flash completely, then access the game and follow the instructions on screen to install it again.
Additionally, if you are using Google Chrome, please disable the built in flash player as well, pepper flash, as described here.

Once you have done this, please access the game in two different browsers, and if you are experiencing the same issue, please send us screenshots from both.

Please make sure you have followed all the steps carefully, because there is no way for us to magically fix it on our end, as there is no problem with the game, but something going wrong on your device . If you are unsure of a step, please let us know and we will assist you further.
