I cant add credit or debit card

I was cancelled my old card and I dont find any option to add a new. When I go to Status and cancallation

My payment data
- no stored payment data available

Delete your personal payment information and cancel running packages.

this is the options. I deleted already my old car.

If I want to pay somethig just the gift card options are avaliable.

I dont have anymore farmmoney. Im playing since 2010.

Hello sikosz,

Have you added an item to your shopping cart first? You will not be able to add a new card until you have added an item to your cart and begun the checkout process.
As all payment methods are different for each geo-location, I cannot help further. If you still cannot add a credit card, try contacting regular Support to see if they can assist with this matter.

I tried the way what you wrote, but for me only bring up gift card payment openbucks and something similar third stuff. No option for credit or debit card payment, or add new card also. I tried to write for support but over there they asking about transaction ect. I dont have transaction problem I cant add my card. I added the old in brooklyn, was acceppted, I didnt changed location and now Im not able to.

I still dont know how to pay. If I use the Support link I have to add a transaction which was failed. I didnt have such a problem. I cant pay cause I cant add my credit or debit card. I dont have that option in the payments. Is that any solution? How I can buy farme money?
