I can't log in to the game

Hello, I can't log in to the game, meaning I can't access all my lands. I can see the main area, but it's empty. I've also cleared my cookies, closed it, and reopened it. I've done everything I can think of, and the client I downloaded has the same issues. ID: 54801349

I tried it, the problems in the browser and the problems in the client remain the same and I log in from the client because I have vision problems and my screen is large.

 

I have tested your account and I see the mainland full of crops and I can also easily navigate to other fields of the farm.

Which browsers have you tried?

Would you please try uninstalling the client, restarting your computer, and then reinstalling it? Does that fix the issue?

I did what you said and everything is normal with the browser login, I just can't access my mill.
I need to grind my event herbs and can't access the mill. I've deleted and reinstalled the client, but I haven't noticed any changes. The main area is still empty, and nothing can be done.

What happens when you try to open the mill? Can you open it from Baha?

 

I tried all the areas but none of the areas open and the game stops loading and freezes and all I see are two cute sheep.I'm sorry I didn't explain it clearly because I used a translation. What I mean is, I can't reach the mill from anywhere.

 

We've discovered the issue. It has to do with milling quail food during the sync earlier today. In order to fix the account, the milling for quail feed had to be deleted. You didn't lose any ingredients. Please wait until tomorrow's release to mill the new feed.
