i can't play the game

Hello first of all. I don't understand what's going on. I tried for half an hour but I can't click anywhere in the game. I don't understand how to play this game. should i get to the help page from here. who can help me?

Are you talking about playing the event's mini game or Farmerama in general? Are you playing via the Standalone client or browser? Is it just that it freezes? Please refresh your browser or try a different browser to see if that helps.

I can't play the game at all. None of the chicken coops and fields move. I think the game is frozen. How can I fix this. I don't know what the activity is.

What is user id ?

The user id is the number serie which is unique for your game account.

Do you play via server or standalone client (kind of an app)?
User-ID you can find in browser on the bottom of game frame next to word "ID:"

Your username supplied is wrong. I managed to find your account under ID# 57112111.

I have skipped the tutorial for you so you should now be able to continue with the Game.

You may also like contact Support as there is an old inactive account with the same username as yours. This may cause problems later with Neighbours sending gifts etc. as they might go to the inactive account.
