I CANT PLAY WITH UNITY

Hi dear forum members. I need help. I cant play with unity. Login game later i click trees or any coops the loading screen comes on my screen and it stays at 100%. I only open farmerama screen this did not solve. I cant write supoort i forget my email password.

My solution is: I clear all browsing data (cookies, cache etc) in my browser. Then I log in. If it stays long in 100%, I refresh page, it usually helps and I can play.

As -Paaryna11 suggested, you can try clearing your browser cookies and cache. Have you tried using the Standalone Client to see if you can play successfully?

Thanks for answer i can play now with browser but i cant play with client . Client stay %100 loading screen. How can i play with client ?

It may depend on what platform you are playing on and your internet speed. Did you download the client from the loading page on your game?

I downloaded official page this link: "https://www.farmerama.com/?action=externalDownloadUnity" I don't think it has anything to do with internet speed because i play with browser. I want play with client because browser is so slow.

 

Are you playing on windows or Mac? You can also try checking your firewall settings and pop up blocker if you have it on your computer.

I playing on windows. I checked firewall and pop-up settings no problem appears. Where else could the problem be?

 

What version of windows are you using? and is your computer up to date?

Can you try deleting the desktop shortcut and try downloading the Standalone Client again to see if that works.

i try 3-4 times. Can you report devoloper team ? I think I'm not the only one experiencing this error. It should be investigated and the cause should be found.Thanks for taking care of me. I hope this issue is resolved. i'm waiting for good news

 

I will pass this onto the Game Team. As soon as I have any news I will let you know. If you do manage to log in with the Standalone Client, you can update this thread also.

Sorry to speak here. But @shooger.sweet you said delete shortcut. That does not remove the files. or the game. Shortcut is just that. Can maybe you both try again or did @LonelyTuna Goto control panel to remove the client that way yet? If it shows, I do not know as don't use it. But trying to help here.

EDIT: Sorry, that's control panel and add and remove programs. I would also ask that a reboot be done. to clear any leftover junk. and do clear cache both times. After removing and upon reboot. Before reinstalling.
