I clicked Claim but I don't think I got anything

I clicked "Claim" for the promised rewards but never got a popup showing that the items were awarded. I did receive the decks.

Would you be specific about which rewards you claimed for us to check? I"m glad you received the additional decks to play the board game.

So when I logged on, there was a screen that said something about the technical issues and had a "claim" button. It's gone from my screen now because I clicked claim. I assumed that was the claim button for the compensation mentioned in an email on the announcement board which promised the items below. However, the only popup I received indicated that I had received four decks. Was that what we were supposed to receive when we clicked the claim button? I assumed the decks were awarded because of the beginning of the event.


The following compensation will be available (start and end times will be added once we know for certain) and will be claimed once per account:

The compensation you claimed was for the 4 Winter Decks as a result of lost time to prepare for the Wintertide Lollapalooza event that started today.

The 2nd compensation that includes the items you listed above has not gone live yet. Once the performance issues have been resolved and the game is stable to play, the compensation package will be synced to the live server and you will then be able to claim it via the news page. We will post the availability as soon as we have that info. The information was posted in advance so players would know it was coming in order to assure you that the Team recognizes the inconvenience these last 2 days have had.
