I do not see my neighbors gift of powerfeeds

    Hello,
    My real life next door neighbor purchased two of the largest baskets of powerfeed which should have given me 20 additional powerfeed. I do not see this gift on my gift log. Which makes no sense. I went over to her house and see on her computer she has two powerfeed from one of her neighbors. Why is it if someone buys the smaller baskets it shows that a neighbor gives powerfeed on the gift log, but when they buy the largest most expensive basket that gives the most powerfeed to each neighbor it does not show up in the daily gifts log so that neighbor knows who sent them and who to thank? Plus neither one of us know if I received these free powerfeed.

    Hi VickiBirdy

    I can confirm that you have recieved 3x gifts of 10PF from neighbours today, if you need to confirm from which neighbour you will need to contact support.
    These gifts only appear as a pop-up, so unless you have them activated you won't see the gift.
