I don’t got all stuff of 1st premium compensate package

    Hi, Mod
    I was the 1st part of players that claim the 1st premium compensate package.
    and got it as non premium players.
    I had report that in fourm(general issue), then later find that all palyers could got
    the 1st premium compensate.
    At frist, I really don’t care the content as I thought that is a bug issue which BP will
    take them back soon. When I learn that BP let this packages to be open for all players.
    I was really happy..
    However, when I start to do the temple event, I then notice my drops of tiara & stings.
    I find that I had not rec’d the @75 of tiara & stings.
    Why I’m so certain?
    As now I only had 46 tiara(-20 donate to event), 124 stings.
    this is similar to what I got from harvest!
    So, may the tech dept check my account to see if there is any other missing from the
    1st premium compensate packages.

    sorry for the late reply, real life make me login lately,
    sorry for my typing mistake,My ID is 7061605
    Also, I had check the OA which find the wrong amount of tiara & stings had post!
    So, maybe I had got the drops, but I Hope to have a check on my account as clarify.

    I have checked your account and the numbers of Strings add up correctly. I could not come to a correct number with the Tiaras, so you will need to contact Support to have your account checked more thoroughly.

    thanks for reply, since the tiaras drop is horrible, I think it may be the actual no I got
    with the compensate packages.
    I will contac t the support if I think I should.
