I double paid for a manufactory

    I double paid for a manufactory. I had over 1000 BB and paid for the new menagerie for 299 and then paid for the new manufactory for 299 and now I only have 175 BB. Please credit me back with the 299 that is missing.

    I tried to do a support ticket but because this is missing BB and not a problem with a purchase there is no way to explain the problem there.

    Hello Laurelei :)

    Is it possible you purchased all 3 storage facilities? There are 2 Menageries, one for mainland and one for Baha, as well as a Mainland Manufactory on sale.

    Please post in Technical Issues with your game ID number for your account to be checked. I see that it is in your siggy but it is too small for me to read, even with these big owl eyes:p
