    I did everything, I do not have an ice ax
    I can not go up for this reason

    Did you donate the 5 eagles at step 24 on the mountain to get the "Ice Axe in the Stone" giver? If so, you have to put it out on one of your fields and harvest it after 8 hours. That will give you an ice axe.
