I have been unable to clear my cache

Perhaps a mod or even support might help improve my farm experiences.
I have tried to do it online, but always includes flash!

Nothing has changed in spite of clearing cache from all "browsers". My husband cleared everything also now.
He clarified for me that this game is not working properly, regardless. Too many bugs...to name. I agree, sorry.
I will send photos ... (if you like, just to show how The Scientist event froze and still is)

i would like to try support please. NO rush. For your information, the upgrade for Windows 10 and My Esset are removing some malicious stuff automatically. Tech is weird, many bouncy things when clicking. I am trying to be so careful.

 

You can try checking your Virus Protection settings to see if that helps or try a different virus protection. Also check your Firewall settings.
Have you tried using the Standalone Client to see if that improves Game Play?

Hi, I just tried all those suggestions...none have made any difference.

 

Have you tried rebooting your computer?

I do not know what else I can suggest other than turn off your virus protection and try logging into the Game to see if that is where the problem lies.

I have rebooted often. When I turned virus off it made no difference at all, so that is not the problem either. I did these things a few times just to be sure. Oh well. please close the thread now as soon as you can.

I am sorry that you are unable to clear your cache and your Game continues to have issues. I can only suggest that you try uninstalling Flash Player as that is no longer needed to play the Game and see if that helps.
