I lost my game data on my farmerama yahoo ID

    Please anyone can help how can solve this issue. I cannot log in to the game using my yahoo ID, is either username or password, my username is frans. Any idea how i can recall my game data, i'm on level 80 something, and have been collected many things it's ridiculous that the data is gone in a night.

    Yahoo are no longer a partner, so you need to have your account migrated.
    This thread expalins how. If you are still having issues please contact support

    I cannot access that screen so I cannot migrate my account. The screens say Yahoo US. I am from Canada and I assure you I've never seen this before I had the problem. Possibly users in Canada were not prompted. I contacted support -edit-

    The Yahoo migration process linked above has ended about this time last year, when Yahoo interrupted the cooperation with Bigpoint, and Farmerama was no longer accessible through Yahoo Games anymore, so you have most definitely played through a different partner, not Yahoo.

    The only ones who can assist you are either our partner's support team, either our support team - following the internal procedures. Conversations with support are private, and cannot be shared, so please do not reproduce them on the forum or anywhere else. Please stick to the instructions given to receive assistance, because we are volunteers who can only help you with game questions and technical issues, we can only check game logs, but no account information. :(

    Since there is nothing we can do, apart from directing you to Support, this thread will now be closed. Thank you for your understanding, and I wish you both the best of luck for recovering your accounts. ​
