ICQ not allowing me to log into my Farmerama

    Is anyone else experiencing ICQ portal to log onto Farmerama is down. It has been down for nearly 24 hours. I am getting HTTP 500 Internal Service Error.
    For those of you that are unaware, some players unknowingly use another source to set up their Farmerama accounts. I used ICQ...when I should have started playing going directly thru Bigpoint. I made the huge mistake playing for two years under the ICQ loggin and now I am forced to log into ICQ rather than use the main Bigpoint website for my main farm.
    Now because I started my farm thru ICQ, contractually Bigpoint can not allow me access thru their main website....so when ICQ goes down I am left without access to my game. Which is occurring now, and has been for 24 hours. IS anyone else dealing with this? What is worse is I am not able to clear my winter calendar day 15 and I will miss out on the daily prize as well as the week ending prize and the main prize which is TOTALLY UNFAIR! Shouldn't I get credited????? Can't someone with Bigpoint send a message to ICQ and pull my account due to my inability to access the game as a regular player? Seems whatever agreement or legal leg ICQ is keeping my ability to play they are not rendering services so they should lose my gaming revenue or log in portions. Is anyone else effected by ICQ's website being down?

    Unfortunately, we cannot help with issues on third party sites. Have you tried contacting ICQ support to find answers to their unavailability. You can try contacting our Support to see if they can help with the Calendar.
