    I am not a mod but yes, the basic animals can be purchased in the market if anyone offers them for sale. You can also purchase the pens to raise them from the shop. The pens are 2500 CCs each; the Yellow upgrades are 10000 CCs each and the Orange upgrades are 250 BBs each. You cannot however buy the breeding level animals.
