    Some of my messages are missing the green arrow to scroll down. I'm therefore unable to read the message unless I hit the reply button and enter as if I were to write a reply.

    Could you please be so kind and confirm that you have tried clearing your browser cache, Flash cache and that your Flash player is up to date? When did this begin? In what browser does it occur? Have you tried another one as well?

    A screenshot would be very much appreciated, but it is pretty hard to show the arrow should be there and that the message is long, so maybe it would be easier to discuss this with our Support team.

    Hello Teddy

    I have cleared everything and my Flash Player is the newest update.
    My browser is Google Chrome Version 43.0.2357.134 m but I have tried IE as well and that did not change anything.

    It began 07.20.2015. I have only 2 messages where this is the issue, the one just mentioned and one from today.

    I will get in touch with support later today.
