    I have some RL happy news to share with you'all. I didn't know where else to post it so I decided this was as good of a place as any.

    I official lost 100 lbs today. Yippee!!! I started losing weight back in 1/2014. In 2015 & 2016, I actually gained weight. Last year, I began losing again for my trip to Japan. For the last 6 weeks, I have been losing weight again.

    Tomorrow, I will start another plan. A strict Paleo plan. I tried a pseudo-paleo plan last year. I did not lose any weight, but I did not gain either. I like Paleo eating so I think a stricter version might let me eat the things that I like (lean meat and fruit) and allow me to continue to lose since I could still lose another 100.

    I want to thank all my wonderful farming friends for all of your support and encouragement over the years. It has really meant a lot to me and has helped me to make big changes in my life.

    I am even including all your support of me in my book. Yesterday, I wrote how being able to share my thoughts with you'all and receiving loving support back really helped me with my depressive symptoms which allowed me to be more productive with my painting.

    Thank you'all (and you know who you'all are) for helping me to change my life for the better. Hugs & Kisses to you all.:inlove::inlove::inlove: (Just that line shows you how much I have changed. LOL)

    FW - I thought some of you might appreciate that I no longer kringe from hugs and kisses at least not virtually. :p

    Baw - The reason for my achievements with weight, painting and the book is my renewed commitment to God. With him, anything is possible.
