I'm missing a newly purchased Duck shelter and a Pigsty...

I purchased both of these from the Supply Store sometime yesterday. I already had the upgrades for them (which do show in my inventory), but there is no sign of the Duck shelter or the Pigsty in my inventory even tho my now much lower CC balance reflects that the purchases did indeed take place

Can anyone figure this out for me? That's a lot of CCs to lose out on for a newbie, plus I need those stables

Prior to posting I had cleared my flash cache and browser cookies etc, rebooted my PC and I've even tried logging into the game on a different PC... all to no avail, the 2 stables are still missing from my inventory

Glad it isn't just me! I did almost the same thing - I bought a pigsty yesterday to go in my newly opened magic glad section (after I harvested the event plants today) and when I went to plop it in the meadow, I found it was missing! And, as with you, I can see the money has definitely been taken from my total.
Any chance the techies will actually read this and post?
(also, just an aside question: I won a couple of "decoration items in a quest, and after all the hard work i find that is all they are! They don't DO anything! What is the point of such flotsam?)

 

not a mod or techie, but want to assure you that they DO read these posts, but sometimes it takes longer than others (never more than a 1/2 a day in my experience.. and that is rare). Remember, its all volunteers who have to work around their personal schedules.

ALSO.. right now, a tech announcement noted there is a big overall issue, so that may not allow them to check your issue right away. (?) Even so, I would expect an answer in a few hours, if not a few minutes.

 

I'm being patient as can be. I have real farm issues that I am dealing with today anyway, lol... I have no water (well/pump issues) and I have a couple hundred animals here that need their troughs and waterers filled ASAP, ugh! I know the mods/techies will answer when they can

I have checked your logs but these items were not purchased, and there are no CCs missing from your logs. All you bought in the last days were: A sheep stable, a cherry tree, 5 water tanks and refilled your water tower with 75 units of water. If you wish to see the complete log of CCs (including giver items you have harvested that brought you CCs, and your totals after each action) I will be more than happy to post it for you - but I would like your approval first.

Thanks for checking into this for me Teddy, but I am 110% positive that I DID purchase the 2 stables. As I said, I already had the upgrades but needed the basic stables in order to be able to use the upgrades... I even watched my CC count being reduced after each purchase, plus I heard the purchase chime/sound for both purchases. I purchased one stable right after the other, so there has to be a glitch in the system/game somewhere/somehow...

You completely have my permission to post any and all logs pertaining to this, even tho apparently they are not going to correspond with what I am saying that I purchased

Since I am a newbie to the game and also to this technical difficulty stuff (this is my first issue that I have encountered) I really don't know where to go from here, but I am pretty sure I had just recently completed a FSQ to bring my CC level up so that I could make the 2 purchases...

Ugh, so confused. All I know is that I went from 3800-4000something CCs down to 1400something, with nothing in inventory to show for it.

Sorry to be a pain, but this HAS to be a system/game error... and not a human one, (because I am extremely frugal/cheap with my CCs!) lol.

Thanks for taking the time to post my logs Teddy, I know you are busy busy. The logs clearly show what all of my CCs were used for on the 17th. I remember buying the water tanks and the cherry tree, but I thought I bought the 2 stables at the same time lol So glad I didn't bet the farm on that! (There's not a blonde hair on my head either, lol). You can close this thread, or even delete it.
Thanks again for your help... I guess I am going back to the Supply Store now
