I'm not seeing any way to claim bonuses.

Hello,
I've not seen the 'layer' bonuses which the maintance thread says should be available. I've neither been able to collect the 4 extra decks or the bonus which includes the 12 hour harvester coupon.
I'm on Firefox 83.0 and 64 bit. I'm running Unity because Flash has stopped working altogether for me. I don't have any adblockers or privacy tools running on this site. I've tried shutting everything down, clearing cache, nothing. There's nothing in News as it says there should be and no layer popping up.

Try to read your "Newspaper" pages. There is green Claim-button in those pages on the bottom, like some have Buy! or Let's go!.

As -Paaryna11 stated, try scrolling through your newspages to see the correct one. If Unity is not working, please try logging in with Flash Player to see if the newspage shows.

I've tried looking at the newspaper pages, multiple times. That's second button down on the left hand side, right? Labled 'click here to read the news?' Then the tabs are 'events' 'updates' 'sales' and 'daily gifts' and you can scroll through all of them sideways. The gifts are in none of them.
I can't use flash. It's not working for me for any site which uses flash, just showing a blank page. I tried updating flash of course but it still doesn't work.

OK, Flash is somehow working again even though nothing's changed since I tried yesterday, and I got the bonuses. But it's still a problem that it didn't work in Unity since everyone's moving to Unity so soon. Should I add this as a bug to the 'unity problems megathread'?

 

You will need to use Flash Player as the news is not appearing in the Unity version. Please try using a different browser to access the Game, if only to collect your Bonuses, which appear in the "Updates" tab of the newspage. I have cleared your server cache to see if that helps you log in using Flash.
If you cannot collect it, you will need to contact Support to see if they can assist you.

Thanks Shooger, I've now collected the bonuses using Flash. It's still a problem that they didn't appear in Unity, should I add it to the Unity bugs thread?

 

I am glad you were able to claim the bonuses It is not necessary to add the info as the Game Team are aware of the problem.
