    Hello,
    I started playing around with Farmerama last year while waiting for appointments but I had a lot of problems at times. I couldn't open things and everything was crashing. My friends said they were charged for opening the calendar gifts because of these problems but we would be refunded with a script. I wasn't paying attention and didn't know what was happening. My friends said the forum said to make a support ticket. The support email said I made a false claim and not to contact support again. I replied and tried to explain what happened but the email reply said the case is already closed. My problems with the game got worse and worse. After about 1 month I was so frustrated I made another support ticket. I don't know if they got angry at me again (I don't even know if it got through - the game kept crashing every 5 minutes) but after that I couldn't log on at all for about a week. I only got back into the game now. My friends who are teaching me how to play couldn't log in either after that. I only mess around with the game when I am waiting around with my friends because they love it so much. It makes us feel better when we play around with the animals and things. I don't play seriously (I have only just opened up the islands). I don't mind if you ban me but please don't ban my friends. They were just trying to cheer me up by teaching me how to play. I wont do anymore support tickets. I promise. I am sorry.

    Hello Alice77 :)

    Let's address your concerns one at a time:

    There have been times in the last weeks that the game had some technical issues. One of those was Game Maintenance during the Winter Calendar. Here are all the announcements regarding that issue. The calendar doors for Days 8 and 9 were opened for all players for free. However, some players may have spent BB to open those days, and those players could request a refund by contacting Support. If you did not spend BB to open those calendar days, you do not need to do anything as those days were opened via script.

    The game no longer can be played using Flash so you must choose between playing via Unity WebGL by logging in through a browser or download the Standalone client. Depending on the type of computer you use, its technical specifications and your internet connection, you may find one option works better than another.

    Regarding a ban, each player is treated individually based on their own choices, decisions, behavior, etc. Each person must abide by the game rules.

    If your support ticket has been closed, it should mean that the issue has been resolved. You either had BB refunded to you if you used them to open the locked calendar days prior to them being opened for free or your logs show that you did not spend BB, and therefore do not qualify for a refund.

    Do they tell you if you are banned or do they just stop you from logging into the game?
    When I contacted them about the calendar issue they said I made false claims (with exclamation signs like this !!!) and not to contact support again. Is this something they ban players for? I really didn't know what was happening with the game. I didn't mean to do the wrong thing. Maybe it was a just a joke email and I didn't understand?
    I have 38 BBs right now but I usually don't pay attention. My friends watch movies and get lots of BBs but it doesn't work for me. I don't understand why Support got angry at me. Thanks for trying to explain what is going on Farmers Almanac. I do not like the idea of being banned. It never happened to me before in my life.

    If a ban was put in place you would not be able to access the Gamefor the duration of the ban. Bans are usually only enforced when players abuse the Game (using bots, pushing between farms, etc.).

    We cannot assist you on the Forum regarding Support as that is a different department. If you have unresolved issues, you need to contact them.

    Thanks - aha a catch 22 then. I was told not to contact them and maybe I was punished by being banned...but to find out if I was banned and then allowed back in the game....I need to contact them ...and risk being banned again .....ouch.
    It's funny and sad. Lucky I only play to pass the time.
    I don't know what a bot is or pushing. I looked up bot just then and said something like it slows down everyones game, I don't think I did that because I only log in about once a day since I started playing last year. But maybe I did something accidentally??
    I also don't know if I "pushed farms"? I don't know what that means (not very computer savvy) . My friends who showed me Farmerama have farms and they show me the cool things they can do on the computer or things they won from events but I see them in real life in the waiting room so I don't really email them much.
    Anyway as long as support doesn't have a vendetta against me and bans my friends from logging in too that's ok. Because so many of us were playing and loved it we were given a budget to each spend but something happened and it fell through. I thought that might be why support was so angry because we weren't buying the packages anymore but I don't know.
    Anyway thank you Farmers Almanac and Shooger Sweet for your answers and help. I will not ask anymore questions about it here. I also will NOT risk contacting support ever again. I promise.
