impossible to renew premium

    My premium is valid until tomorrow.

    Today I wanted to renew it, as I do not want to lose any of the benefits.

    However, the "manage premium" button has now turned blue, but it still won't let me renew premium. The button takes me to the bank, but only to the same notification that I should renew, without giving me the possibility to do so. :(

    I tried contacting support, but I don't understand all of the questions I have to fill out.
    For instance, if one pays with ideal, is that direct debit or bank transfer???

    My biggest question: if I renew tomorrow, after my premium apparently has expired, will I re-gain the advantages, including the saved farm layouts? or do I lose those if it is not renewed BEFORE it ends?

    Hello farmingfreebird,

    Each geo-location has different payment methods, so I cannot assist you with that, as I am not familiar with those payment methods mentioned.
    If your Premium does not renew itself tomorrow, it means it is not a renewable payment method.
    If your premium does not renew itself, as soon as it runs out, you will be able to purchase a new month. All existing saved farm layouts will be saved.

    Thank you, it is comforting to know the premium features will come back, even after premium has run out. That makes it way better.
