In regards to " Magical stalk sale CINDYW712"

    I do not wish to hijack the thread referred to but I would like to give some input. I have the same problem and it applies only to "Seasonal" items in the shop that require cash payments. It appears to be a problem with those of us that log in through a third party. I have tried sending screen shots to both Customer Care and to Bigfish.com which is the third party I log on through for this farm. Apparently although I can add the item into my bigpoint purchase cart, it does NOT appear in the bigfish purchase cart. I don't know if it is a problem with bigpoint or bigfish.

    Thank you very much for pointing this out, indeed we can see a pattern here and we have forwarded this matter to the Game Team to see if things are supposed to be like this (I really hope they don't), or if something is wrong.

    Also, I would like to point out that you are welcomed to add your input when you have helpful suggestions, like in this case, without opening a new thread.

    As soon as we have an update on this matter, I will let you know as well.
    Can we assist you with anything else meanwhile?

    I have screen shots of the Knight's Basket which gives me the same problem if you would like them. I would like to get this issue resolved for all involved. Otherwise, I have no other issues at this moment. Thank You!

    I have them saved on my computer but don't have them up on the internet to provide a URL for them in the image insertion option on the forum. I can email them to Customer Care but I need help to post them here. (It's probably easy and I'm just not seeing it. lol)

    I have just sent an email to customer support with the screen shots and an explanation of the issue to Customer Care. I hope this helps.

    For future references, the screenshots need to be uploaded on an external image hosting website, and then they can be included in forum posts.

    Since you have contacted the Customer Care for this matter, they will update you for sure on this matter, so I will close the thread now. Thank you once again for your help and cooperation, you have been very helpful and kind. ​
