How is it possible for someone to accept a neighbor's request when they have not been on the game in a long enough time that their status is in the red and actually looks like they might disappear from my neighbor's list any day? Their meter is THAT far down! I'm confused!

    Hello BerthaL,

It is possible that the Neighbour in question does not spend a lot of time when logging into their Farm (this can happen with players of multiple Farms) or they just might be away from the Game at this time. If you do not think they are active, you can delete the Neighbour and try for a new one.

    Can I assist you further?

I thought that when you went back into your farm (like to accept a NR) the meter turned green again or am I wrong in that idea?

You need to spend at least a few minutes a day on the Farm for the meter to turn green again.

Can I assist you with anything further?
