Info not matching up -Basil Chromatics

I am playing along without the benefit of reading the FYI for the event, I will give you that BUT when I went and donated all my cyan, yellow and magenta basil seeds the warning only said... "you'll receive more seeds for the event in 5 hours" so I went ahead and gave my all. I never received more seeds hour after hour I checked and no more seeds

So I thought to myself I shall write a note to the board BUT then I thought hummmm what does the FYI say about it.?
and this is what it had to say...
"The event crops of the later steps cannot be replenished, as they were not available in the beginning of the event. If you deliver all the stock, neglecting the warning prompted on the screen, you will need these dispensers, so in order to prevent you from getting stuck without any event plants, ..."

So then I thought to myself maybe just maybe you read the warning wrong.? BUT nope that is not the case. I went and checked it out and there it was telling me "you'll receive more seeds for the event in 5 hours"
I did take a screenshot BUT I have no idea how I can post it here. I can not just upload it and I have no URL for the image. So what I did (now that I have a field full and it does not matter) was, I left 10 Cyan seeds so that you can go and see the message for yourself.

As stated in the FAQ, the 2nd Generation seeds are not replenished. The warning message is incorrect and we will pass this onto the Game Team.

The reason you were able to donate all your seeds were due to you having the "allow partial deliveries" setting turned off in your Game Settings. This only allows you to donate all the requested amount of goods once you have accumulated them, regardless of whether you will have leftover goods or not.
If you wish to prevent this from happening in the future, you need to turn the "allow partial deliveries" on:

I understand the setting well enough.
I donated my basil on purpose; however, I would not have done so if the warning before the final say would not have told me I would be getting more in 5 hours.
I do understand that I did not read the FAQs but in this case, it should not matter. The reason it should not matter is the warning did, in fact, inform me that I would indeed be receiving more in 5 hours. All else said that warning is the final say.

I'm not sure what you, yourself can do but I would like to be compensated for the time I had to wait after completing the first three levels (8hours) waiting for the dispensers to reach maturity. I feel somewhere between the sum of no less than 75 to 120 crops each would be a fair deal.
The cyan, yellow and magenta basil seeds are 5-hour crops and less with additives, all additives added (negative SG) and any buffs my crops become 4 hours crops.
That said I could have gotten 2 crops out if the time so maybe my sums should be doubled, and that would not count for the total crops I could have grown seeing that the second crops would have started out with more seeds.
