Information about when the transaction will be returned ?

Is it stated somewhere how long at least the puzzle will be out of use? After all, you can't reasonably play a game if you don't know if the event is closed for an hour, 12, 24 or more. Information about when the transaction will be returned at the EARLIEST would be important information for us.

As announced here, the event has been disabled to determine if it is the root cause of the poor performance the game has experienced these last days. If the event is the cause, it will be disabled to fix the issues. We do not have any definite timeframe of how long the event will be disabled. For now, the event is disabled until tomorrow in order to collect feedback about whether or not the game plays better than when the event was live. We will keep you updated with information and announce it in the Official Announcements.

My apologies...for clarification purposes, we ask for players to post their Feedback until 30 January at 10:00 at which time all feedback will be forwarded to the Game Team for review and to see what the next steps will be.

There is no specific time to turn the event back on. We will update you in the Official Announcement thread when we know more.
