Ingame Ads

    Hi,
    My game is extremely slow and has ingame ads continually playing at the sides. It has a message saying "Ingame ads are removed permanently once the first purchase has been conducted. Visit our shop here"
    I have made several purchases but the ads have not been removed. I think they are slowing down my game because they are continually running graphics even though my in-game animations are switched off. Can these please be switched off since I have made several purchases? I think it will make it easier for me to play.

    Hello DaisyDaze,

    I will ask for further clarification regarding the Ads still being active after a purchase and update you once I have further info. In the meantime, have you tried using Ad-blocker to see if that helps?

    That is a great idea but I think you have already fixed it for me! :)
    I logged in and they are magically gone. I made my first purchase when I first started playing and this is the first time I have not noticed those ads! Thank you Shooger - problem solved! :)
    Now to see if my game is faster...
