The Main Picture of Ingrid does not appear and I am not able to throw the ax. The explanations are shown and then the results - empty of course - as I was not able to do anything. I logged out and in cleaned cache and tried and tried again. Perhaps you can have a look why Ingrid is on strike. Did the test run. Now wanted to try again - 2 pots standing - and nothing. Thank you for your investigation and help.

I have cleared your server cache. I had no problem logging into your game. Ingrid is waiting for you to choose your axe parts. If refreshing does not solve the display issue, can you try another browser to see if that helps.

Thank you. It did not help. I sit here in a Third World Country - between the cold Atlantic and the desert. I am playing on Google - on the recommendation of your moderator then - for the past 8 years and never had any trouble. Firefox does not work - and thus I stayed with Google. Tried on my husbands Computer. He is on Firefox and I am not able to meet Ingrid on the "playing page". Only explanations and results. Can something else be done? I hope we can find a solution. Thank you for your effort.

 

As there are no reported problems with the Game, and all is running smoothly I can only suggest you check that you are running the latest version of google? Is google blocking the Flash player from running? You can also try uninstalling google then re-installing it.

Thank you. It is rather weird that I have the same issue on two Pcs that are not connected!! MM must have started early here. There is a ghost around. Lets wait and see what happens during the day. Thank you.

Can you check your browser settings? Do you have an ad blocker on?

In your address bar can you you will see a pad lock with 'secure' beside it. Can you check the flash and pop ups?

We will keep this thread open until Ingrid defeats the ghost.
