Installing new Client

I too had the white page problem and had to restart the computer to get rid of it because it never/cannot update.
I took your advice and uninstalled it. Now it will not install no matter what. the browser game wouldn't load for over 14 hours I tried everything.
Client download-uninstalled three times and restarted computer-cache-cookies. no luck.
Finally got into browser after restarting computer thus I was able to use the technical thread and now i'm here. For the fourth try:
I install the download and run I get
Error:end of central directory record signature not found
Please try again in a few minutes. if you keep encountering this error please report it to our customer service. I've also run a registry cleaner to get rid of old paths.

What else is there to do? I want to play a game, "not find the problem game"
I'll keep this open as long as I can because I don't know if I'll get kicked out on the browser version it's always a hit or miss.

Are you using Windows or Mac? What version are you using? Which browser are you using to access the game? Can you try a different one to see if that helps?

Using Firefox, Windows OS. With Chrome I can access but it's a snails pace to run.

 

Can you try installing the client from this link: https://www.farmerama.com/?action=externalDownloadUnity

Did the download place a shortcut on your desktop so you can access it from there?
