Intermittent problems logging into forum

    Ever since the latest forum update (I believe it was last Tuesday/Wednesday), I am having problems accessing the forum.

    My account for the game is via BigFish, so I 'portal' in via that website. I do not have a 'regular' game account.

    I had links saved that came straight to the forum, but after the update, using them resulted in an inability to log into the forum. If I click the link provided, it takes me to the main farmerama sign up page where I could start a new farm.

    Essentially the forum is not recognizing my game ID and therefore my forum ID.

    At first, the fix was to link to the forum via the pop up window in game (the one with news, etc.). But now I am having problems with the forum saying I'm not logged in when I come here via that link as well.

    I am having to repeatedly close the forum page and re-enter via the in-game link and eventually it recognizes me. I have not cleared any cache or cookies, so I do not believe this is a problem on my end, but I'll try anything you think may fix the issue.

    Hi sewinglady

    I'm not sure how you were able to to login to the forum direct, but since the new forum was launched last year the only way to reach the forum is via the game. Unless you login to the game, you cannot login to the forum.

    Can I help further?

    Well, I'm logged in now and it seems to be working to get here via the news pop-up, so for now, I think we're good. Just didn't know if some code was changed for the forum that then made my links not work any more.
