Is there a way to message the mods?

I've been having a technical issue for several days and I still have not received an answer. The last response was to wait for an admin. I cannot seem to find out when this admin will assist me. Are mods no longer allowed to check accounts? What else can I do to get my situation resolved? I am very frustrated and I feel that I wasted my money. I purchased BB package and used those BB to purchase trees. They were never booked to my inventory. Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The Moderators are volunteers who freely give their time to assist everyone. We have RL which mean we work, we sleep and we have times when we cannot be available. Thank you for your understanding.

When a BA is available, they will check your account. You can contact support.

I completely understand about the mods being volunteers. I'm not new to the game and I'm not saying they should immediately help me. I am just trying to get answers to a problem I had nearly a week ago. I hardly count that as impatient.

I keep getting told that when a BA is available they will check my account, but I can't find out when that will be. Are they not here often? I am not the only person with this issue.
