When hoovering over the item to use, the description given is limited to trees, crops and event plants on BAHA. (This description does not include products or animal stalls on BAHA.)

However The Artisan Village Products faqs show the extra TEP to be given when harvesting Tropical Lands. (As presently stated, the faqs would lead one to believe product and animal stall are included.)

Misinterpretation can be eliminated with a slight adjustment to the Artisan Product FAQ listing if you choose.

Wow! Today is 26 May 2019.

Has the Game Team completely forgotten about this issue? About 21 days have passed and still no answer. About three (3) whole weeks.

Now the issue of the Chocolate Shake Effect was answered and the correction posted to the Artisan Product faqs in less than three (3) hours. Maybe such swiftness was due to an ongoing event at the time giving away three (3) Chocolate Shakes a day through a cloud row (and basket sales might be touched if unclear).

Now this Island Paradise Jam is definitely a competing buff. There is no question about it.

After about 21 days and no answer, I am beginning to feel the Game Team is now ignoring this issue and/or does not want players to know.

Should I keep on waiting for an answer?

 

I will ask if there are any updates regarding the issue from the Game Team as soon as they are in Office again.

When you raised the issue with the chocolate shake, I corrected the FAQ to what the wording says. Once the 2nd buff was brought up, I asked for further clarification to be sure whether the wording has changed or the buff effects have, before I update the FAQ further.

I am sorry that I do not have an answer as of yet.

I have created an internal ticket with the Game Team. Please try to be patient whilst this is being looked into. We need to make sure whether the descriptions are correct or not. This may or may not take some time depending on whether there are more critical issues that need the Game Teams time.

I have raised the issue with the Game Team and there is nothing further I can do until it is checked by the Devs. As stated, this is not an emergency issue and will be looked into when possible. Sorry you or anyone else thinks this is a laughing matter, but as advised, you will be updated when I have news.

What is needed is the truth regarding this issue now. 43 days here! Years being incorrect. Your deletion of my previous post does not change the accuracy of the description or stop player abuse.

Others saw the post you deleted. It was respectful and truthful. I will now consider going to support on you as I wait for the news from the game team.

I do not appreciate being dogged by you.

I and many others await your post of news from your game team.

~edit~ I have changed the Artisan FAQs to reflect the new text shown in-Game. If confirmation from the Dev's reflect this new text is incorrect, an Official Announcement will be made and the FAQs updated once again.
