Issue with chickadee

    Hi, I had a chickadee graduate yesterday and requested a new one. No sooner had I sent an introductory message to the new chickadee and a gift when I received an extrememely strange message back from them which has left me confused. I dont usually ask for help but I wonder if you could take a look in my messages and advise me what to do please? The chickadee name starts ftm..... Many thanks. Id 36243272

    Ok, but can you tell me how I contact support, I cant see a heading to do so in the forum?
